Not our first time here by far, and never had a problem, but when a manager does a great job I think they deserve recognition. My family of 5 went in the other evening 5 mins before the horses ran for the Kentucky Derby. When we asked the wait time the manager, (I believe his name is Cody) looked around, saw two tables requesting boxes, fairly assumed they would be leaving once the horses ran and told us 15-20 mins. It was almost an hour later before either got up :( It wasn't his fault, but he still took responsibility, apologizing that we had to wait with a toddler, told his staff to be sure they cleared a table ASAP when a group got up, and brought the little one fries right away to keep her from having to wait longer for food. He seemed genuinely concerned about our long wait time and made what could have been a situation where we wouldn't want to return an understandable mishap. Much appreciated to be made feel like valued customers where most places don't seem to care if you walk out.

Service was fast, although a bit stoic for a sports bar. We ordered wings w/ fries and fish & chips. The wings were good. Cooked correctly with plenty of flavor. Pricing was a bit high at a buck a piece for each wing. Fries were extra and did not include very many for the upcharge. The fish in the fish & chips were tasty but the 'chips' were nothing more than regular fries. At least include steak fries like most American joints do. A big let down. Loss of stars for mediocre chips, small fry portions, and high wing prices.

After a long day of traveling, we found Houligans and had a relaxing time on the patio. Our server was great! Decent draft beer selection and better than average bar food. We'd definitely stop here again!

Always delicious food and friendly staff. I've never had a bad experience here. Their burgers are fantastic!

Service was EXTREMELY slow on the outside patio where we sat to enjoy the beautiful weather. We arrived about 4 pm on a Saturday and only 4 other couples on patio, where you can also smoke. After 20 minutes of not seeing anyone, we were finally was able to place our drink order. From then on decent service. The houli-colada was delicious! I got it with the whipped vodka. My husbands beer was ice cold. I got the grilled mahi fish entree with veggies and fries. Mahi and veggies were slightly overcooked, but flavorful. fries were good. The burger was perfect. It is a sports bar so I would recommend stick with the claasic sports bar fare, appetizers, wings, burgers and sandwiches. Nice atmodphere but if you want faster service, sit inside.

Clean and prompt service! Wally Wings are great and tasty. Great place to meetup with friends and have a pint. Manager rounds the floor to check on meals and service and will make things right!

Great food, decent prices, very slow service, but that seems to be the norm for chain restaurants these days.

This was a great little sports bar. The food was really good. We got wings, seasoned fries, Cobb salad and Reuben. The grilled Wally wings were phenomenal as were the seasoned fries!! Salad was really generous and delicious. There was a TV right at our table which was AWESOME to watch the game! A little expensive but fun with good food and friendly service :)

I just wanted to say, whenever we want to stop for a bite on the north side of town, it's a no brainer. Wings, burger or even my favorite, Caesar salad with grilled Mahi Mahi.the food is always good and prices very reasonable. I am not a sports fan, but for those who are, this is the place. Televisions set to every sport one could think of. WE generally sit at the bar or around it, and the service has always been fantastic. It is also very kid and family friendly. For a chain restaurant, this is one of my top favorites.

This is the only decent sports bar in town. Plenty of big TV's and good wings. The rest of the food is mediocre at best, had a burger that was low quality beef so I won't make that mistake again. I just come for the $10 wings and fries combo and $7.99 pitchers of bud light and escape unscathed. It is rather insanely busy on football Sunday being the only decent sports bar in town so you gotta arrive early to get a table or even a spot at the bar for that matter. However the servers are really awesome, so the experience there is always good if you can get in on time. If Palm Coast had more decent sports bars maybe this wouldn't be an issue so I won't rate this establishment on the inconvenience of how busy they are. (This is a good problem for them right?)

My family and I were looking for a place to have a nice sit down dinner before reaching our final spring break destination, Orlando. Grilled Buffalo and Hot garlic wings were awesome! Deep friend mixed veggies were very good as well. Family friendly sports bar restaurant with great food and service. Definitely note it for a return visit!!! Without Yelp we never would have found this place!

The fish and chips is so good!!! Fried tilapia never tasted do good, fried in yeungling . Nicky was our waitress the sweetest girl. She was nice and had personality. The food wasn't priced bad at all. Most everything was$10 or less.

Great food with a great atmosphere. I had the Philly cheesesteak, and it was great Thursday night! I will enjoy a cheeseburger with French fries today. I am a N.Y. Jets fan from the Bronx, and they accommodated my brother, and I with a booth with a T.V. Awesome sauce!! Great ambience, great food!!!

Even though the place was crowded, service was great... Food came fast. Good variety and good food for a good price. In picture: Southwest Salad :)

Usually go there for a burger or roast beef sandwich twice a month. My brother and I (both in our 60')always sit at a table in the bar. Tonight, however, we were told they were not seating in bar area as it was closed to the public for a private party. REALLY.?! A bar closed to the public. Expressed our displeasure to the hostess who sat us in dining room with families with rug rats and crying babies and told her to pass it along. (Either she didn't know what we meant or she didn't tell a manager.) Food as we wanted it, waitress good. Atmosphere...too dark to read menu. At least we knew what we wanted. Noisy with kids and crying babies. Have walked out of there before. Won't do dining room again. Not happy campers on this visit.

A year later and I'm back. We had another great meal and it gets 5 stars for having Buzz Time Trivia in all the booths. We ruled the night as team BONO rolled over all the trivia contestants. hooligans will never be the same as we take our knowledge back to Coral Springs, LOL. Thanks again for you tasty fried pickle spears that the coating does fall off. Remember to tell that Dan sent you and Stay Hungry!

GREAT PLACE! Went there with a crowd and they were able to sit us quickly and in front of the TV's (basically every seat is in front of the TV's). Wings were out of this world! I would suggest the Sweet Chilli and Terriyaki Garlic Wally Wings. Chicken sandwiches were also good. Kayla was an attentive server who kept the wings and pitchers of beers flowing. Would definitely go back if I'm in the area.

Good Wings... not the best I ever had, but good. We had a large party so we had several trays f different flavors of wings. The onion rings and fries were good as well. Service was OK. There are LOADS of TV's... and they have that interactive trivia game that I like to play.

This place was a really great surprise! Being that it was in a plaza I wasn't expecting much for some reason. The bar was huge, the drinks were priced just right and the wings were awesome! Missing 1 star because they closed WAY too early. Last call at 1130? C'mon!

We spent a recent Sunday here to watch football and have a snack. The beer selection needs some craft beers added but overall we had a great experience. the salads were fresh and quite large, the Blazin Strips with the horseradish sauce was tasty and filling and our fries were perfect. As crowded as it was our food came promptly and our server Leah worked hard to please us, she was awesome, and we will return.

Wintering at Flagler Beach , we have gone to Houligan's Daytona but thought we would try Palm Coast as we were shopping there. It did not disappoint !! Great little waitress very eager to please. Wish I got her name. Petite with longer hair in pony tail very cute ,nice smile. Ordered fish Reuben ( not on menu) but she got it done for me. Did not want tolopia so she got it done with mahi mahi. Outstanding!! My wife got a large salad with chicken also done slightly different than menu! Visit either one, they are both great. Great staff clean and fun. Oh yes and by the they have GREAT grilled wings! Larry and Karen B Lewis Center ,Ohio

Found this place from YELP on the way home from vacation in Florida. We loved it! Great food, great prices, great service and fun environment!! My 7 year old even loved it...the waitress changed the TV station so she could watch cartoons right at our table. No problem for us because there were many other TV's available for us. Will definitely go here again!

Only place with grilled wings! Love it hot garlic best!

Been there a few times and the wings were usually top notch, the last time they were a little chewy and tough. I love the fried pickles. It's amazing that the pickles stay so fresh and crunchy yet they are totally deep fried and the breading is perfectly crispy. Love those wings wally style. Cool atmosphere and big beers.

This place is fantastic, everything you'd look for when wanting to head out for a night of good food, beer and staff. The 'Wally Wings' are the best in town, gotta try'em!

I ordered 2 pitchers of blue moon as well as fried pickle spears and "wings and ribs" for myself and a Soup and salad for my wife. The spears were ok, but I prefer fried pickle chips because they usually have better flavor. The wings were awesome. I had the mild garlic sauce and they tasted amazing, the flame grill flavor was really good. The ribs were mediocre. My wife said the soup and salad was ok. Usually I hate it when people give a place only a few stars because of price, but I'm about to be one one of those people. The bill was 59.98 plus tip which I always tip good. The 2 pitchers alone added up to 32 dollars. 16 dollars a piece. I'm ok with paying inflated prices at bars for beer, but 16 dollars for a pitcher is a little ridiculous. I dont know of any happy hours that hooligans might offer. Hopefully they offer something because if not, i will not be returning because of the price. Otherwise if you don't mind spending 16/pitcher its fine.

What a great find! New to the Palm Coast, friends brought us for dinner. As regulars our friends were greeted by Jeremy, a manager. Hearing we were new to the area on our first visit, first round of drinks were on him. The food that followed was great along with the service. Start with the wings as you wish and go from there, hard to go wrong . Came back three nights later, service and food still terrific. Will be regulars. Hear Sundays for NFL games is a blast.

Good drink specials and decent food for a sports bar. They have a new wedge salad on their menu that is awesome and the wings here are delicious, but not cheap. I highly recommend Houligans if you are looking for a place to watch the game or catch a drink after a golf game.

Nothing special. Just your average deep fried appetizers, wings, and burgers.

Great, great, great. The food is above average for this type of place and it's got a great atmosphere. The feature that stands out most IMHO is the service. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was really great. Attentive and willing to help... They don't bug you, but are always there when you need them, with a smile (literally). I was very, very happy to find the place. :)
